I'm trying to add a picture of Jack in his new "toy", but when I click on the picture icon nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Jeanie,
what you seem to be missing is the pop-up window that comes up when you click the photo icon. I have found that it may appear behind a different open window. You just have to find it. One time I couldn't get a photo uploaded and then I found the window listed in the task bar at the bottom of the screen. After you do find the pop up window click browse and select you choice.
